With our strong R & D foundations, state-of-the-art manufacturing plants and intensive quality control procedures, we produce a wide variety of proprietary single and plural component, aromatic and aliphatic polyurea (PUA) pure and polyurethane (PUR) pure and hybrid coatings (PUA-PUR) designed to protect and waterproof many different types of substrates running the gamut of harsh environmental and service conditions.

Our PUA, PUR and PUA-PUR products provide superior chemical resistance to many acids, hydrocarbons, alcohols, industrial liquids, wastewater, natural weather and other project site elements and conditions. Many of these products are fast setting for a quick return to service to minimize labor and project duration. These coatings also provide elongation and toughness, which enables the substrate to expand and contract. These fluid applied coatings also provide a seamless, durable membrane as a liner or coating, depending on application

Markets We Serve

Pure Polyurea

Pure polyurea coating is derived from the reaction product of a polyisocyanate component and an amine-terminated resin blend. We have both pure aromatic and pure aliphatic varieties. All with superior physical properties; some of which very rapid gel times and can be applied in single or multipass applications.

Polyaspartic Polyurea

Our Polyaspartic Polyureas are very high solids with excellent retention, excellent weatherability, high gloss and UV stability characteristics. These coatings also have low VOCs and odor.

Theme & Prop

These series of polyureas offer unique coatings with an impact resistant shell that is spray applied to add a durable, abrasion-resistant finish to most lightweight foams, expanded polystyrene, and most other lightweight substrates.

Low / High Pressure Hybrids

High solids, fast setting, liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood surfaces. These polyureas have high abrasion and impact resistance. The low pressure formulations are for general purpose use in waterproofing and maintenance applications.

Caulking Compounds

Poly-Caulk^® series offers polyurea polyurethane, plural-component caulking material for use on interior-exterior concrete surfaces to repair random cracks and control joints. Most are high solids, have exceptional elongation and available in gallon quantities for larger application sizes.

Primer

Primers are adhesion promoters for a variety of substrates. Our primers are available in a various VOC options and formulations have a range of chemistry; from epoxy, polyurethane, single and plural component, with low odor, and fast cure capabilities. Our formulations provide the best chemistry in the essential phase of coatings application.

Polyurethane Spray Coatings

Polyurethane spray coatings are typically used as a coating or liner in water tanks, secondary containment and waste-water management applications. Polyeuro® 1050H is ANSI / NSF-61 approved for direct contact with potable water.

Specialty Coatings

These are high-performance-spray elastomers with exceptional performance in tensile strength, high-tear, high-chemical and impact resistance in severely demanding applications against abrasion.
