Poly-I-Gard® Vehicular Traffic Deck systems are used to protect surfaces against spalling, freeze/thaw damage, water intrusion, and various chemicals. They are liquid applied, high solids, polyurethane and manufactured in both single and plural component, zero VOC, fast cure versions. Fire Rated options are available. ICC 2785

Our below grade membranes are economical and user friendly. They are liquid applied, and available in Vertical / Horizontal grades. Typical applications include under tile / pavers, foundations, split slabs, planters, bridges, tunnels. Our PC IM 129 is a dual component submersible waterproofing membrane that is NSF 61 approved to be contact with potable water.
Adhesion promoters for a variety of substrates are available in a various VOC options. Chemistry selections range from epoxy, polyurethane, single and plural component, with low-odor, fast-cure capabilities. Our Polyprime® FMB is a fast-cure moisture vapor barrier that will control vapor pressure up to 25 lbs.
Polyurethane technology is the most advanced waterproofing membrane in the industry. Polycoat Products specializes in polyurethane. Our basecoats are liquid-applied, typically aromatic, economical, exhibit high elongation, tough, and user-friendly.
Polycoat Products topcoat polyurethanes can be purchased in aromatic, aliphatic, single component, plural component, textured, and non-textured versions. They provide excellent weatherability, have good chemical resistance, and durable. Standard colors and custom colors are available.
Polycoat’s Polyurea provides a broad range of markets and solutions. Polyurea advantages include high performance physical properties, fast set for quick turn around projects and can be applied over a variety or substrates (concrete, metal, wood and more). Due to the short pot life these products are typically spray applied. Applications can include portable water application, secondary containment, wastewater treatment plants infrastructure, protection for roofs, walls, and floors, waterproofing for multi-level parking structures, walkways and balconies, pond liners and in food processing facilities.
Our Poly-Caulking series offers a line of caulking compounds that are aromatic, or aliphatic in chemical compostion for small and large specialty applications. Cured caulks are high solids and may remain flexible, even in cold temperatures. There is a hand-mix version, gun-grade version and self-leveling option.
