Polycoat Products has been an industry leader in polyurethane, polyurea, high-performance epoxy, and urethane-based floor surface systems for over 30 years. Technological improvements at Polycoat Products have resulted in recreational binders with high tensile strength, elongation, and Die C tear for multiple environmental situations as well as concrete repair systems for commercial, institutional and industrial floors.

Theme & Prop

Polycoat ThemeCoat^® spray applied polyurethane hard coating for polystyrene and low density foams are designed to protect expanded polystyrene, urethane foam, scenery and props from impact. ThemeCoat^® provides an impact resistant shell that is sprayed on to add a durable, abrasion resistant finish to most lightweight foams, expanded polystyrenes and most other lightweight substrates.

Raw Materials

We are now manufacturing our own Polyester Polyols used in Rigid Foams. More raw materials will be formulated by our R&D teams.

Poly-Fil™ Flat-Proofing/Tire-Fill

Poly-Fil™ products are two component, simple, reliable and ECONOMICAL liquid Poly-Urethanes. Poly-Fil™ is developed for converting air filled tires into a urethane solid rubber filled tire to maximize vehicle operating efficiency and to minimize downtime associated with flat tires.

Concrete Repair

ChemCo Systems manufactures a diverse selection of polymer systems for use in construction applications. Our products are designed to install, protect or repair architectural and structural concrete, steel, wood as well as both carbon and glass ber composite systems. Over 100 ChemCo products are avail repair, anchor bolts, coatings and sealants, machine bases, old-to-new pours, seismic upgrades, plate bonding reinforcement, spall and void repair, underwater (marine) waterproong with PU chemical grouts and extreme environments.
