Product Description
Poly-I-Gard 295/295OF is a two component, fast setting, Technical Data (Based on Draw Down Film)

rapid curing and solvent free, high solids, hybrid aliphatic

plywood and metal surfaces. It is suitable for single or multiple
applications, in temperatures as low as 20°F (-6.67 C) and
is insensitive to moisture.Polycoat Products manufactures Mix Ratio by Volume 10A : 1B 10A : 1B
products in different VOC’s ranging from 100 to 340 gms/
liter to comply with VOC requirements in various regions. Dry Film Thickness per 15 ± 2 mils 14 ± 2 mils

Before application, pre-mix Side-A of Poly-I-Gard 295/295OF
™
using a mechanical mixer at slow speed. Add Side-B of Poly-I-
Gard 295 and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture

and color is attained. Use caution not to whip air into the
material as this may result in pinhole blisters and/or shortened
pot life. Do not mix in an up and down motion.
