Product Description
Poly-I-Gard 246/246SC is a single component, liquid applied, Technical Data (Based on Draw Down Film)

moisture cured, aromatic polyurethane waterproofing
membrane. Polycoat Products manufactures products in Poly-I-Gard ™ Poly-I-Gard ™
different VOC’s ranging from 100 to 340 gms/liter to comply 246 246SC
with VOC requirements in various regions. Make sure to
use the correct grade of product which complies with VOC
