POLYCOAT STAINGARD™ 7000
Aliphatic, Polyaspartic, Polyurea Topcoat

Product Description
Polycoat Staingard™ 7000 is a high solids, spray-applied, Technical Data (Based on Draw Down Film)
aliphatic polyaspartic polyurea with excellent retention, gloss
and UV stability characteristics. It can be applied at a thickness Staingard™ Staingard™
of 8-12 mils (200-300 microns) in a single pass on horizontal 7000 7000
surfaces or multiple passes on vertical surfaces. Polycoat- Clear Pigmented
Staingard™ 7000 is quick curing and specifically formulated
to be installed in thin film applications. Polycoat Products Mix Ratio by Volume 1A : 1B 1A : 1B
manufactures products in different VOC’s ranging from 100
to 340 gms/liter to comply with VOC requirements in various
regions. Make sure to use the correct grade of product which Coverage Rate 1 gal/100 sqft 1 gal/100 sqft
complies with VOC regulations/requirements applicable as (0.41 l/sqm) (0.41 l/sqm)
per federal, state, statutory, counties, cities and local bodies

Coverage rate will depend on surface roughness and porosity.
Surface Preparation
Color Surface must be clean, dry, and in sound condition. Remove
Clear, Tan, White and Dolphin Grey. Custom Colors are all oil, dust, grease, dirt, loose rust, and other foreign material
available but a minimum of 100 gallons (378 liters) is required. to ensure adequate adhesion.
