Note: The addition of a few drops of Quick-N-Cure catalyst to the Metal Primer 130 will accelerate the tack free time to under one hour
depending on ambient temperature.
Galvanized steel, copper, bonderized metal, and stainless steel must be abraded to a profile of 75 microns (2.9 mils) prior
to primer application.

Note: The addition of Polyglaze Hardener to the Polyprime U and Polyprime 172 will accelerate the tack free time to under one hour
depending on ambient temperature. The ratio is 1 quart (0.94 liters) of Polyglaze Hardener to 5 gallons (18.9 liters) of primer.

Caveat: Never use PC-550 basecoat with anything other than an epoxy primer. This water-catalyzed basecoat must be used
